Mistakes happen all the time.

But unfortunately, the culture around admitting your mistakes can be highly problematic.

People are afraid of being vulnerable. They are worried that admitting they made a mistake will weaken their position at a company, or undermine their authority.

We need to reframe mistakes as a necessary part of the process because they are unavoidable.
